The Problem: If you dont buckle your seat belt that darn chime keeps ringing.
Fix: Jump out the switch in the seat belt buckle.
One question? Under the seat there are 2 wiring harnesses. One smaller than the other. The small one looks to be the occupant classification system sensor. The larger one has four wires going through it and a 4 pin disconnector. I believe this is the main harness and is the one that contains the wires to the seat belt buckle. The question is which two wires need to be jumped out to silence the chime? Thanks, Rick

If you still have your manual it will tell you how to disarm it using the ignition key. It is in the seat belt section of book.

There is a way to silence the chime without jumping anything. I think it's in the owner's manual.

Something like turn the Jeep on but don't start it and then buckle and unbucle the seat belt three times within 10 seconds... the light will still be on but the chime will not sound.
