Driving down the highway yesterday and dash lights all come on and jeep looses power. This was going about 70 mph with a tractor trailer beside me.
One other time at idle this had happened. I had an oil change the other day and mentioned the nov18 bulletin and the fact that I the jeep cut out at idle once. He told me that when they installed the trailer hitch they flashed the system.
Now I am worried. It is one thing when this happens at a red light. At 70 MPH it is a completely different thing.

Make sure they flashed it with the TSB. When they installed my tow harness, they changed a value in the computer. But when I took it back in yesterday to complain about the problem you are seeing, they flashed the computer. Point being, installing the tow harness does not require a flash, just a modification. So you may want to double check your dealer.

 Early this morning while driving my 2007 jeep wrangler to work I experiance a simular problem... The electical power momentarily shut off and all of my dash boards warning-lights lit up! I was doing approximately 75 MPH However... unlike you, I didn't have any electrical work done on my jeep, is there anyone else of whom had this problem also out there?

Ours has done this too. We are taking it to the dealer Wed. I actually just got a call from DC about it and the guy told me he hadn't heard of anyone else having this problem. He told me to call him back if the dealer can't figure anything out.
I will keep you all posted. If the dealer doesn't find anything maybe we all should call this guy and let him know.

Read this thread for more info on your problem. Half the people in here have had it, including myself. Computer flash fixes it and improves performace/gas mileage. http://jk-forum.com/showthread.php?t=1224&highlight=computer+flash
