Looking at the headlight buckets and I only see one screw on the side, which I'd assume is for horizontal adjustment.

Am I just blind, or is there no vertical adjustment screw?

Hope that's not the case as I just installed some Cibie E- codes. . .

Does the lighting suck in these? What bulb do they take?

pull the grill. you'll see em.

It's the top 4 or 6 plastic screw clip things. the grill leans forward, unclips, detach or remove turn signal light clip thingies. and remove the grill.

You don't have to pull the grill to get to the adjusters, and there's only vertical adjustment. . . no horizontal.

jkmon, they take H13's in the lamps, and 9145's in the fogs. I didn't like the factory lights so I installed the Cibie E-codes. Verdict? I'm just night blind as I don't think the low beam is that great om these either, but the high beam is a lot better. Not sure it's $200 better, and still not as good as my old '97 Ranger lights on high or low.

You've got european buckets then, as mine doesn't have but the single vertical adjustment. The other two are stationary "pegs".

The FSM confirms this.
