Look how the facory hooks bolt on the front?

I think this is a lame bumper...

It's not that bad, it looks like $h!t because the greyness clashes with the red rock and the black plastic fenders.

If you pulled off those bolted-on black U-shaped things (are those supposed to be the tow hooks?) and put that on a silver rubicon it would look OK.

Yup, the horseshoe things are the factory tow hooks that are normally hidden by the bumper...

But, I think what bugs me the most about it is it's seriously huge 80's style tube hoop. :gak:

Yeah that tube hoop isn't helping a bit. But if you happen to hit an elephant on the trail the tube looks big enough to handle it.:rollingeyes:

Lose the tube and the tow hooks & then you have an uninspiring but tougher than stock bumper.

I'm LMAO.......because when I visited Puerto Rico last Summer Hertz gave me an Aztec as my 4x4...and it was the worst ride ever, so I guess you had to be there and now the bumper from Hell..........:rotflmao1:

yeah, the big hoop and the black tow hooks on the silver bumper just look retarded. I'd take the base part of it and use it as a start to build a real brushguard....but the big hoop just...yeah, that sucks. And I'd AT LEAST paint the dang tow hooks if you HAD to keep em'

Geez if you powercoated it black and replaced the factory tow hooks (i agree the horseshoes are hideous) with D-rings, it wouldnt look half bad.
