Did anyone else experience a lass of their Sirius (on the free 12 mths from DC) this week? I was told it happened to al ot of us.

Not only did I lose service and get the runaround from both DC and Sirius, well I guess they were helpful, I now no longer can preset stations on my MyGig... anyone?

hmmm, mine seemed to have been working all week, unless it was a daytime thing while I was at work.....

Called Sirius and the guys said my 12 months were over. told him I had only owned the Jeep 6 months. He asked me for the ID number for the radio and he said that my radio wasnot original for my Jeep....whatever that meant. I told him when I bought my Jeep, he said okay and turned it back on.

send an email to mygig@harmanbecker.com this is the support company for the Chrysler/Mygig

Tell them what your mygig issues are, I sent the email because I kept losing my presets and it would always reset to Weather Channel 184

They sent a CD free of charge to update your software in the MYGIG

This happened to me on my way down to OBX. Had to talk and drive for 30 minutes before the guy could get me back on line. All is well now.

No interruptions here either. They sent me a letter int he mail about 1.5 months after purchase. It had my Sirius account number on it. If you go their website and login with your acct number it tells you when you service started and when it ends. Bought the JK 7/24. Sirius 1 year started 9/1. It was turned on during 7/24-9/1. it just wasn't part of the free year. :yup:

I sent the email and in less than an hour I had a CD on its way out... remarkable.
