Hey rubicon lover, welcome to JK-Forum :)
Regarding your question, who could know for sure at this point and time. But, I'd be willing to bet not that much different that stock assuming you regear to the appropriate ratio and drive consevatively.

At least according to what my sources are telling me, yes, one should be available as soon as 2008.

What size gears would you go to for 35" tires. Will the 410 be okay and not change the mileage too much? What is the cost of regearing?

regear to 4.56 or the more popular 4.88 gear ratio for 35's, ill probly go for 4.56 with a mild 3inch lift,,,, but i cant wait for the diesle if they ever do come out

Agreed. 4.56 will give you better MPG but 4.88's will make your JK feel like it's got power. I currently run 4.88's on my TJ with 35's and I think it's a great match :)

im guessing around 1200 per axle. Would there be a big difffernce between 4.56 and 4.88 for power wise?

I don't know if I would say "big" difference but there is definetly a noticable difference.

:eek!: $2400 WOW! That could buy a lot of gas! Is that possibly a DIY kind of project? I was looking for some write-ups on it but didn't see any.
