I'll probably end up getting one of these. It makes for a very clean install and says that it's not necessary to drill any sheet metal. My wife already said no cutting tools near the JK, at least 'till the warranty's up. :rotflmao1:

I ordered one of these and I am extremely happy with it. Kinda of a tricky install but it makes for a super clean look. Very well built with detailed instructions. I give it :2thumbs:

Quite happy with this. However, i am leary of my ability to solder a good connection. plus the fact that i had to get an adapter to go from the supplied end to an "RCA" style plug for my scanner.

Now I do not get a very clean signal. especially when i am driving. Sounds like i have the radio on strobe effect.

Could this be due to my inability to solder? Is there any way to test the antenna's range?
