Front License Plate top screws

Default Front License Plate top screws

hey guys,

do think it would be ok to just screw in two more screws to hold the front liscense plate on? The car wash always alost bends it off....

I would think so. We don't run the front plate in Indiana but I know the Jeep had 6 bolts in the glove box that are for the plates. I would assume 4 are for the front plate.

I don't see why not though. The bumper is just plastic. I say drill away.

Mine is already done, there is no problem with putting two more screws on the top of the plate. I didn't like the top of the plate sticking out.

We don't run the front plate in OK, either. But, on my stock front bumper there are two obvious dimples near the bottom to place screws to hold the plate, and two far less obvious dimples near the top (which are almost lost in the krinkle finish of the plastic). So, yes, use four screws.
