Actually the "terminology" for this really cool thing called off-roading can be a little daunting for us beginners (ok for me)... A lesson I learned buying some parts for my husband for Christmas:

"Snatch" - means give the Jeepers a nice tug out of the mud. Doesn't mean anything related to girl bits nor does it reference girls with bad attitudes.

"Snatch Strap" - is not an item of clothing worn over/around girl bits nor is it an item used to secure girls with bad attitudes.

OKay, maybe if they are really big girls you could use a snatch strap to tie them down...

Its the terminology that throws me, could really use some help in this area.

Hi Everyone,

From past a month the JK-Forum is my best place in the web...
I'm trying to say I'm a lot in here, reading, posting, watching pictures of yours (maybe my future) mods, trying understand and learn more about Jeep...
It is important for me to start my adventure with Jeep at least with basic knowledge...

But as a foreigner (2 years in US) sometimes it is hard for me figurer out everything by my self...
It is also my second year of learning and using English (the language) I never used before and I'm thinking I'm doing pretty good...

So PLEASE :bowdown: help me with making a some kind of dictionary / translation thread with explanation of all mysterious abbreviations used on forum, like: BB, DD, BS. I can bet it is a lot more of them hiding in different threads :eek2:

Thank You for understanding.
