It would have been nice if the Sirius radios auto-updated the time from the satellite signal.. but no. :naw:

What are the specs on the time change, and if you dont mind me asking, how much did this cost? Hope I am not being to nosy.

Thanks

I guess that is not condider a mod is it???:rotflmao1:

How does this effect my U-connect feature???

Just joking .:toung: . thanks for the write up..

Now i will have to drive the jeep into the family room (where this computer is) in order to follow those steps closely.

I've noticed an insane DECREASE in performance by following your instructions... it seems like it's taking me an extra hour to get ANYWHERE I drive now... ;)

apparently the not Sirius radios are different... so here is the revised procedure for the non-Sirius model single disc radios:

1-locate jeep
2-unlock doors
3-enter jeep(drivers side)
4-sit on seat (forward)
5-insert key and turn till radio plays
6-press setup button till time display flashes
7-turn far right knob till desired hour appears
8-press far right knob to switch to minutes portion of time setting
9-turn far right knob till desired minute appears
10-press time button to store correct time
11-turn key off and remove
12-exit jeep
13-lock doors
14-enter your home
15-file this page for next time change
16-go about your day

at least thats how i've been doing it, but i'll try the other way next time
