I have ordered from them too. They are great. I ordered the wrong size part for my JK and they sent me an email saying that the part would not fit and did not ship it until I contacted them and corrected the order. Saved a lot of headache on both sides and without having to send it back to exchange anything. I will certainly do business with them again.

Ya, i know, I've received these items over time>>> Skyjacker Nitro's 8000, Skyjacker Steering Stabilizer, 3/4" Skyjacker spacer's (2 different order's of them), and my Teraflex S/T Sway bar Disco. I have catalog's in every room but have to hide them from the wife. She'll think I ordered Playboy.
On a side note...the Teraflex S/T Swaybar System won't be in for approx. 2 months.

While they don't offer any shipping discounts or lower rates as some smaller vendors do they ship fast and are reliable. I've gotten my orders next day from them as they are not too far from me. They also had things in stock that the other smaller vendors did not.

Just wanted to share a positive experience in my dealings with Quadratec. I placed an order on Monday night, and by Wednesday night had received my Airaid CAI (2 whole days - wow!). All the other items in my order are backordered, and that sucks, but that's hardly their fault.

So far, so good... but please rush my 5'0 wife her Mastercraft grab handles, so she can climb into my Jeep! :D

I ordered the KC Daylighters and slimlight style covers on the 15th of May, and on the 18th of May, they are mounted and on the Jeep. Another quick order from Quadratec! (My 5th or 6th time ordering, all excellent!):D :yup:

They will price match anyone that gives free shipping, but it doesn't say that in big, bold, screaming letters on the order page. I think that if they just mentioned this, they would get more of the people who surf on in, as most people who price shop online do so very competitively, and will choose another company over as little as a dollar.

I still spend most of my money through quadratec though, because their shipping is fast, and their customer service is top notch (at least for me).

Does anyone know the real deal with the shipping? I bought a hitch the other day and they priced matched to include the shipping. Today I went to order floor mats and they price matched the item only and then said they don't price match the shipping part. What is the deal? Seems like everyone at Quadratec isn't playing from the same sheet of music. I figured I would call later and talk to another sales person.

All is well with Quadratec. I recieved my first order today, trailer hitch. Place the order I tried to place the other day and they did indeed price match to include the shipping cost. Must have talked to a new guy last week. Glad I could support the site and get a good deal.:2thumbs:

Well I ordered the mojave wheels the first day they were listed on quadratec. Its now been over a month and still no wheels. :rollingeyes: I emailed them about it and the responce I got was that "drop ship items" can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for delivery. Well now its been about 6 weeks and thats what they are still telling me...:crazyeyes:

It's not neccessary Quadratec's fault but anything I ordered placed in "backordered" status and takes at least 3 weeks. Bestop Bikini, Trail Cover etc. all took over 3 weeks.

I ordered 2 x LANGE QUICK MIRROR II BLACK 2007+ JK on May 10. I'm still waiting... Last time I contacted them, they told me the mirros will be shipped by the end of May. It's June 4 and still "backordered"...

So, I ordered PJ front bumper at 4WD.com... Same thing... "Backordered". It's been almost 2 weeks.

My wife and kids bought me a Warn M8000 winch for Father's Day. I opened it up Sunday to install it and found that the gear housing was cracked and the insulation on one of the wires was stripped.

On Monday I called them and told em about it.

On Tuesday the old winch was on the way back to them.

On Wednesday, the new winch was delivered to my wife's work.

Can't say much about their product quality or service, since i havent bought anything yet, but the website is very nice, sharp looking, very proffecional...and i have found some ( alot :rotflmao1: ) of ithems in my wish list....once i get my Jk ill end up spending about $4k the first month :D

Edit: i saw a truck today with "Quadratec" on the back window today in Lemoore Ca. and to that driver i want to say "HEy! and gimme a discount!" lol

so if i get less shipping somewhere elce they drop their prices on that order to mach it as in:

theyr 4x4 bumper is $584 on ebay with $150 Shipping..making it $700

and on this other store i can get the same bumper $570 and $40 shipping-$610

and theyrAiraid Cold Air Intake is found at another store for $225 but with free shipping.

Does Quadratec have any kind of free shipping on any orders at all?

Depends on your CSR. Sometimes you can get free shipping, sometimes you can't apparently. There is no hard and fast rule that I have noted, I got my Airaid with free shipping, and at a cheaper internet price ($210).
As long as it is the same item, exactly, they should be able to work with you. Although, with heavy items, and the fact that qtec stuff gets there in 2 days (for me), I can see them imposing a weight limit on it.
