100 posts and you won't be a newbie anymore.

I'm telling you this because I will have one more post!

Me too, I'm tired to be a Newbie :ukliam2:

Just go through the Show & Tell section and comment "Looks good" on every thread. That's how a lot of people rack up their post count. I, on the other hand, usually try to make legitimate posts that actually benefit forum members.

I have been a member for over two years and have gotten a lot of info off of the forum and have bought several parts from other members, but I am still a Nube because I don't post a lot.... Sad, Sad, Sad....

Is it really sad? I mean nothing is preventing you from posting. If you really care that much, all you have to do is participate. Maybe you can bypass all of that if you make a donation to the forum, most forums give you a special title for that.

True, nothing is keeping me from posting, but I really had no idea the titles were tied to posts until about a week or two ago. Just because you don't post as much doesn't mean you are any less of an enthusiast. That is like telling a football fan they aren't one because they don't blog or post about football. If they have been a football fan for 15-20 years they are still a fan. I have had 1 CJ, 3 TJs and 2 JKs. I built up three of them so I'd say I have the bug. But since the title is all tied to posting, you'd never know it.....

I have started posting more since I found out that is what the title is tied to, but it will still take me forever to get to JK freak because I just don't see the point of making a comment about every thread I look at.

Enthusiast 100 - 499 posts
Freak 500 - 999 posts
Super Freak 1000 - ? posts

I don't know because Jeepin Dad hasn't gotten that far yet...

Hope this is helpful to you, it is helpful to me because it gave me an additional post towards my enthusiast level:wink:

I don't want to seem like an a-hole, but it is in the thread. Please read and find it. If it was like 20 pages or more, I would post it for you. It's ok to get help on the forum, but there is also such thing as self help. Thank you and no hard feelings.

I wasn't trying to reach the giveaway level. I know it closed. I was reading this thread to see if there was any info on what happens when you reach different levels (if anything) and got a little carried away when I saw others doing the same thing. If you check my other posts, you'll see I'm not in the habit of being naughty :)
