The Northeast Off Road Association (NORA) is commencing a series of off road related seminars, including line picking, spotting, recovery, rig maintenance and mods, etc.
They are in the process of getting a new web site up, but when its ready, you'll be able to sign up.
A lot of the stuff is going to be held at Rausch Creek, as it has a variety of trails/situations to practice, etc.
Right now, the beginnings of the NORA site are on the sister NIORA site:
