Hm... I think I remember specifically asking you to bring your kids over last weekend for some bass fishing, but did you show up...noooooo. :naw: Plus you are always welcome to come and use my canoe, wait, your canoe that's on the side of my house covered in about an inch thick of dust. You missed out on some good fishing.
We could have an official jk-forum bass fishing tournament in my lake. Winner gets a free........... Eddie, you fill in the rest.

Mostly Yellowtail. some Bonito and 1 Durado (mahi mahi) Awesome trip. I usually go out from Point Loma on a boat called The New Lo-An. The captain Marco always finds us fish. ALWAYS! He does longer trips that go further south and the fish are much bigger Can you say Yellow Fin Tuna??????? :eek2:

Thanks, that top fish is a king mackeral however. Not quite as tasty as a wahoo, but it smoked up great!
I've always thought it would be cool to do a JK surf fishing meetup on one of the beaches and follow it up with a fish fry!

Very nice catch! I like the taste of King Mackerel. When my DH was in the Navy he was stationed in Key West, Florida. We had a great time fishing King M. Thanks for the great pictures and the nice memories.

They are definitely a blast to catch on light tackle, and also pretty good to eat if you grill them up fresh. Here's my son's first king mackeral...
