I am heading to the Sequoias in Nov. These photos make me even more excited.

Looks like a fun trip, as long as you were prepared for October snow.

It is simple really. You time the push of the button the the start of your pirouette, (sp) and let go the shutter when you've spun far enought. :ya:

Last October my wife and I were lucky enough to wake up to 6" of snow on the ground, the most amazing thing was how many animal tracks we came across in the virgin snow that morning. We only actually saw 2 bears but we counted 6 sets of tracks plus bobcat, fox you name it.
