funny, the last time I was up there we didnt see the water (we stayed at the hotel across the street) we just drank...:crazyeyes:

while I agree it's no big deal to us, some people never see. Hell I've encountered some buses that come to New England because they say no place has the amount and the color changes that's here. Now I don't overly believe that but hell it's a few miles down the road from me so it's a 4minute drive for a good view.

I agree, it's just funny what we take for granted.

Years ago, i knew someone who came here (the falls) from Saskatchewan and literally just sat in tears at all the green and hills....





I had a similar reaction to NorthDakota in january, but it wasnt happy tears as I recall. :rotflmao1:

I lived in Sudbury MA as a child, then 25 years in Southern CA. I will NEVER take for granted the beauty of nature.

Yep we went up to the tower. I didn't get great pictures because the windows are all carved and scratched by assholes who like to ruin shit.
