View Full Version : Jk's 1st mud hole!!!!!!

We had our easter gettogether today at our house. Dad brought down his new JK to try it out in the back field. Instead of a 4" lift he should have went with a 6" lift and 37's instead of 35's. As soon as I can figure out how to post the picks I will share them. We did manage to get it on 2 wheels at one point (that is when mom got a little heated and went back up to the house).LOL
But in the end I had to pull him out with my commander. In his defense it is about 4' deep and only about 6' wide and about 15' long. And the bottom, well it really has no bottom. It is down below the water table.

haha, poor dog ) i friend who has both rigs and he swears his commander can wheel )....i hate to post this video, buttttttttttt i told him to got straight, and he did, well you can see the rest :rollingeyes:

Yep! it's stuck all right. That happens to be me and my new JK on Easter Sunday. The first time I tried to go through I drove straight into the hole.:rollingeyes: STUPID ME!! The front bumper & winch were jammed into the other bank. If you look you can see it is all sand. I locked all 4 wheels but couldn't get any traction. I told my son to go get the neighbors tractor, but nooooo. He said I'll get the Commander. Of cource he had his wife take pictures.:sad: The second time I tried it I went to the side, thats when the right wheels came off the ground and the wife threw her hands in the air, said some things that would make Jesus hang is head, then stomped to the house. Thats all behind me now, smooth sailing all the way now.

Not sure about the rest of you guys, but it looks like you are trying to drag the commander into the mud and he is afraid!;)

A heavy vehicle with reasonable power on solid ground can pull a jeep out of the mud. No news there. Drive the Commander through the mudhole...that would be interesting.:yup:

I agree doesn't look like the commander has a bit of mud on it, nor does it want any. Looks to me like that JK is trying to MAKE the commander play, yet even the dog knows it is not worth watching because he knows the commander can't play with the JK!! :rotflmao1:
