Snuck out with the family for a quick view and shot of Endeavour lifting off Friday evening. It was a beautiful launch under a full moon. Here's one of the few shots I was able to snap off...

Wow! What a beautiful shot! I was only able to watch it on TV but I have a 55 inch HD Sony and it was awesome to see. Thanks for the pic! Good job! :thumbsup:

yeah, watched the live feed online, i try to catch them when i can.
but that is an awesome picture! night launches are amazing. :yup:
i'm going to be seeing the launch of STS-128 which should be Atlantis (if they don't change it around) in July/Aug in person :D.
