A few pics from today at the Superlift ORV park in Hot Springs, AR. I got brave in one area and tried a short Level Four trail, I needed a spotter but I made it up.

So how did she handle on the trails ... 3, 4 or 5 diamond? Also how did you like the park?

Thanks. Believe it or not no I didn't. I intended on taking them off before I went, but I forgot. They only scraped a few times, and I went through some pretty wicked stuff today.

Handled the 3's great! There were a couple of 3's I could swear deserved a 4 rating. I did tackle one 4, I made it up with a spotters help. This is all without airing the tires down either. I was running 30 psi, just like I run on the street.
The park is nice. We wheeled about 10 miles of trails today and didn't even scratch the surface. There are miles and miles of fun there.

I friggen love that place! My Jeep is unmodified so I did all the 2's (the snake was fun) I did a couple of 3's however and did part of a 4. Maybe I will see you out there sometime...

It's definately a fun place. I only got to head there a couple times before I moved out to the West Coast, but had a blast each time we headed out. (Used to live in Fayetteville.) After a few trips, I was amazed at what a near stock TJ could do...that was the first straw towards trading in my old WJ for the new JK :D

Redrock jk...how is that Black dimond 3" running for you. I remember i asked a long time ago, but im wondering if you have come across any problems with it, or does it pretty much work out perfectly. 3" and 315s is the way to go

Looks good! You should go on some extreme trails, because you'll be surprised what you can do with the BD 3" and a Rubi Unlim!
I just went to another trail-ride this weekend... When they saw what I was driving and heard where I went in Tellico, they immediately told me I would be the trail-guide for the day! I hadn't even met them before that!
The Black Diamond 3" suspension with the BD all-terrain shocks work awesome! I just about rolled my rig this weekend, because the suspension is so good that you won't notice how bad the trail is!!!!
Here's a pic of some of the articulation you'll get with this kit:

I love that pic! I'm just warming up with my Rubi. I'm sure as I get more confidence I'll tackle some more extreme stuff.

Hey Redrock,
Don't get crazy before you're comfortable. I've been doing this for 15 yrs. You should always feel good about what you're gonna do; If you don't, then you should probably not....
Anyway, you sound like you had fun. I'm glad I got to see the pics of yours, with your daughter next to it; That had my wife thinking it would work.
Thanks!
Oh yeah, and never listen to anyone on the trail getting you to do something you aren't sure of..... That's always when something goes bad!
Have fun! And post some more pics of your flexin on the 'Flexed-up...' thread.

Those are some nice shots. I wish I could drive without a front license plate (state law).

Thanks guys. Here are a few more pics from Saturday at Superlift. I took the whole family out this time (wife and all 3 daughters) for some trail riding and a mountain top picnic. IMHO this is what the 4dr is all about.

Thanks. My 6 yr old was a bit intimidated by the incline of some of the climbs I was making. After going on one three-diamond, I had to pick out mostly two-diamond trails the rest of the day to keep her from being scared. I think most of that came from hearing my dad talking about how dangerous the trip could be. My 4 month old slept through most of it, my 11 yr old loved it, she wants to go back without her sister so we can wheel some more challenging trails. My wife really enjoyed it too...maybe I can eventually convince her she needs a small lift and and some 33's on hers so we can both wheel together. :D

Great shots, Superlift is a nice park. We just did the Mid South Jeeps Trail cutting on the 14th with just over 20 jeeps. Ours was the only JK in the group but I managed to keep up with most of the modded TJ's and even got through Can Opener without much trouble.
Everyone was very impressed the the JK's capabilities, especially for a Sahara.

The new trail is going to be named "Walk Out" and is accross the road from the main park. :2thumbs:
