How do you cook pheasant?
I know I have seen recipes on the net but somebody has to have some
personal killer recipes..

One of my favorites is to:
Cut the meat into 1 inch size pieces.
Wrap each piece in bacon.
Put 5 or 6 pieces of the wrapped meat on skewer's (I use bamboo skewer's that have soaked in water for about an hour).
Toss on the grill until the bacon is cooked. The bacon will add flavor and help keep the pheasant moist.

This the best way to cook it, man I could eat a few birds done this way
