Ok, that looked like a lot of fun, but I have to ask about the 3rd pic...It appears that someone bothered to paint a completely shot-up junk car, and then transport it out to the middle of nowhere. They also decidet to pain the door a different color and carefully place it on the front clip of the car. Then they also decided to put a new seat in the car. Is this supposed to be art?

It really was the craziest thing. Seriously, this old Mustang had to be painted (and painted very well for that matter) AFTER it was beat up and shot up as there were no visible impact marks/rust left behind and nowhere near the brass on the ground that you would expect to see from all the holes this thing had.... maybe a hand full at best. Definitely had to be someone's idea of art

Is this supposed to be art?Well, that was pretty much our guess. Pretty crazy, huh?

Looking forward to seeing your pics, WOL! We are gonna put together some vids soon! :yup:

Hey, at least it is Red, White & Blue.

I thing the bullet holes just give it that extra "pazzazz"

Good enough for me.

but as far as art goes, i have a whole artyard a few miles from the homestead full of such mastepieces just begging to be painted. Methinks someone was wandering around in the hot sun without a hat smoking cactus needles.

I took my JK out to Jawbone a couple of months ago--traveled up Jawbone Canyon Road and into the Piute Mountains near Claraville. It was a really interesting trip. There was still some snow and lots of mud in the Piutes at that time. As we traveled up Jawbone Canyon Road, I spotted the old Mustang on the side of the road, and had to turn around to go back and check it out. We got some pics that look just like yours. We also figured out that the car had to have been painted AFTER it was all shot up. That is so strange! Looks like you guys had fun. I can't wait to head back out that way again.

I'm sure the wheeling helped the arm feel better. Being out in the wild with your jeep is the best medicine. Cant wait to see your winch mounted to the stock bumper, interested in how you are going to do that.
