Brats (Weisswurst and venison chiptle Jacks from Kuby's in Dallas) on the grill with sauerkraut and very spicy mustard. I also like a few chopped jalepeno's in my kraut.

Chased with a very cold full flavored beer (a micro brew amber ale, or the surprisingly tasty lager, Stella Artois)

I cant wait to see what you guys are cooking tomorrow while Im at work. :cool:Yeah, I wish I could give you something exciting. Unfortunately, I'm at my parents where a) the grill is gas (no offense to the gas grillers, but it might as well be an indoor oven. :naw:) and b) even if there was a charcoal grill around, it's not like I can focus on it when I'm doing the "holiday" thing.  I gave them chicken legs, shrimp skewers and tilapia.
