So i thought it would be cool for us to talk about some courses we've played and how beautiful or not so beautiful they are. Possibly even share some courses and i could come play with you or vice versa.
i'll start, i live in socal so:
close to me :
Greentree(public) in victorville ,nice and plush 35 bucks with a cart on the weekdays.

Silver Lakes(private) being a guest is easy, in Helendale 27 holes and gorgeous. Very nice greens ,some trees and a few water holes.a nice challenge.

Apple Valley Country Club(public): Nice greens tight fairways, lots of trees.

If ya ever stay at stateline(cal/nev) in primm ...primm valley resorts(public). They have two 18 hole course the lakes and the desert courses. Both are gorgeous and very nice. I get a deal there where ya get a round of golf and a room at either whiskey pete's ,buffalo bills or primm valley for like 89 bucks.

C'mon golfers post up:thumbsup:

not a golfer myself, but my son likes the courses at the Pearl River Resorts in central Mississippi. i believe they are The Oaks and The Azaleas. you can get golfing deals comp if you gamble a little or package deals for golf and motel. no idea on prices.

Messed around with it a little when I was in the Navy. I had always had a problem with golfing cross-handed. Once while teeing from number 11, I hooked or sliced it (not sure) but it took off in totally the opposite direction and landed about 6 inches from the hole on number 10. Should have seen the look on the guys' face who was attempting to putt on number 10's green. Not to mention, I was using some ugly orange colored ball so it wasn't hard to notice. My buddy asked me if I was going to get it and I just said, "Nope". The poor guy on number 10 was still trying to figure out where it had come from as we popped the top on another cold one and drove off in the cart.
