Flower shots

Here are a couple of flower shots I took at my nephews wedding. Usually my camera is temperamental and doesn't like to do somewhat close-up shots, especially of yellow flowers. I think these two turned out pretty well.

Flower shots are soooo tough because so many photographers do them the competition is great. So the shot has to be over the top. My suggestion to you all is find some sort of filter add on to your photo editiing program.

I use Topaz labs but I know there are others out there also

Let me resize a this one rose I took to show then I'll post them both.

This is just one example of add on aftermarket filters. I like the look of Topaz Labs, you may not but there are lots of filters to chose from.
