Jeep has been hit with another recall in what now has become a standard mode of operation in the automobile industry. The latest one involves an occupant restraint control module that could short-circuit in the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that could cause the SUV’s airbags and seatbelt pretensioners to malfunction, according to an official Chrysler press release.

The recall also includes 2014-model-year Dodge Durangos, which brings the total number of SUVs recalled to 184,215 units with 126,772 of those being in the U.S. However, Chrysler says not all 2014 models of the SUVs are affected by the recall.

To date, the carmaker also says it isn’t aware of any injuries or accidents stemming from the faulty module, and that owners will be notified when dealers are ready to make the repairs.

Customers with questions are being told to call Chrysler Group’s Customer Information Center at 1-800-853-1403.
