If you’ve ever owned a convertible that has a hard top roof option, you already know how difficult it is to move the hard top around. It’s big, heavy, and hugely awkward in its construction. However, nothing is more difficult to move around all by your lonesome than the hard top of a Jeep.

Over the years, there have been countless ways people have tried to alleviate the problem of lugging the big thing around. People have constructed rollers, levers, pulleys, and all manner of other little things to help move the cumbersome piece around. However, none seem easier than just a simple DIY cart.

We’ve covered these carts before, but this one, posted up by JK-Forum member, Riptyd, seems like the easiest and the cheapest to build. Total cost of the build was only $22. That’s unbelievably cheap and it seems very effective for the money. So be sure to head on over to the informative and easy-to follow thread to see how he put it all together.
