Is a Chopped 2000 Jeep Cherokee Worth $6,500?
Here’s a rare gem or a bust, depending on how you look at it. It’s a chopped 2000 Jeep Cherokee being sold on Craigslist with 109,579 original miles, according to the seller. Other features noted include a Jet Stage 2 performance chip, a Rough Country 4.5 suspension system, and 2014 Rubicon wheels and tires.
The Cherokee is also equipped with a Clarion stereo with Bluetooth, a Magnaflow exhaust with the original catalytic converter, and a full roll cage to name a few of the features.
For $6,500, I think it’s a steal considering that opting for a more updated spin on the idea with the Wrangler Unlimited will cost you around $26,000 for starters. Then again, I’ve been suckered before on Craigslist, and $6,500 isn’t chump change — even for a Jeep.
