Elephant Charges Jeep in the Wild
The next time you consider venturing into uncharted territories in your Jeep, you might want to keep this little tidbit in mind : While Jeeps might have a thing for the wild, not all things in the wild share the same passion for Jeeps.
That’s exactly what a group of tourists found out during a Jeep safari ride in Zambia’s Lower Zambezi National Park. As you can see in the video below, when a mother elephant and her calf charged during a recent expedition, the Jeep proved yet again why it’s the foremost vehicle for outrunning pachyderms.
For me, the incident, which was caught on camera by one of the tourists, is a scary reminder that some Jeep adventures are better left undiscovered.
