Kids just don’t develop good habits on their own, you have to teach ‘em.

That seems to be the motto for a dad in Utah, who was captured in the video below giving his five-year-old daughter some tips on how to tear down the block of a Jeep 4.0-liter engine.

Yup, you read that right, his five-year-old daughter, as detailed in a recent UPI report.

Hey, those Jeep engine blocks aren’t just going to rebuild themselves.

“My 5 year old daughter learning a little automotive knowledge,” said Casey Kelch. “Yes, I know you should mark your rods, but we are tearing down to the block, and getting all new guts.”

Kelch, however, did take some heat for his daughter’s hands looking oily.

“Fellow father with daughters, good on you for teaching her how to work on engines! However, used motor oil is super bad for you, especially a little kid. I realize that gloves her size would be hard to obtain,” wrote one commenter on Reddit, where the video was initially posted.

Kelch replied that most of the dirt on his daughter’s hands in the clip is mud, which seems like a natural part of any kid growing up in a Jeep family, right?
