Jalopnik J10 Project Seems to Have Missed a Key Mod

There’s lot that goes into trying to convert an old Jeep J10 into a prized running machine. But unfortunately, sometimes it’s the small things that come back and bite you, as we learn in the Jalopnik video below.

Jalopnik’s lone Jeep tuner certainly seems to have some good direction for the project, setting out with three primary goals as he takes us along for the adventure in the nearly four-minute clip.

His first goal is to completely gut the interior, which clearly needs a lot of work. His second task is unbolting the old carburetor and replacing it with a Motor Craft one. And the last one involves replacing the Jeep’s tires with some 31-inch wheels, to give the Jeep a more prominent stance.

But as we learn at the very end of the clip, he probably should’ve hammered out a few basic mods before jumping on the road.
