How-To Tuesdays: Killing That ESP Could Help Off-Road
If you’ve ever found yourself struggling a bit while navigating a trail in your Wrangler, it could be due to the Jeep’s Electronic Stability Program, aka ESP.
Yup, unbeknownst to some, the Wrangler JK comes standard with ESP, which can be pretty helpful on the road in assisting drivers faced with some adverse situations. But it can also be a bit of a nuisance when you’re trying to enjoy adventures trekking through the mud.
The thing to know, however, is that there’s a way to kill the Jeep ESP system when off-roading. And surprisingly, it’s a pretty simple mod that only takes 30 – 60 minutes to complete.
All an all, the ESP kill mod is only a four step process and simply requires a few materials to complete, as highlighted in this week’s How-To Tuesdays article.
