Renegade Makes Latin American Debut
The 2015 Jeep Renegade finally made its Latin American Debut at the Sao Paulo Motor Show last month. FCA is expecting the little Jeep to be a hit in South America since most of the region has narrow roads that the Renegade should have no problem driving though, while still being very off road capable. The Renegade will be manufactured in the Pernambuco, Brazil plant and be the first compact SUV sold with a diesel engine and ParkAssist function in its home country.

The Renegade will be sold with either the flex fuel 1.8-liter E.TorQ engine with either a five-speed manual or automatic or the 2.0-liter Multijet II diesel with a nine-speed automatic.
