Looks Like Wrangler Will Keep Its Famous Face Intact

Here it is, folks: the first look at the face of the new, next-gen Jeep Wrangler.

Not a lot has changed, right?

In fact, the GIF above, pulled from a Jalopnik report, seems to indicate the only thing that has really changed on the Jeep is a more “pronounced inward kink,” as Jalopnik describes it, at the top of the slotted bars.

It also seems to suggest the entire front fascia of the new Jeep has been engineered with a more rear-sweeping design, which makes sense considering one of the primary goals is a more fuel-efficient Wrangler.

Of course, most of us welcome the idea of keeping the seven-slotted-grille status quo, considering how iconic it has become on the Wrangler. Then again, it’s not that we actually thought Jeep had plans to change one of the most recognizable faces in the world.
