The Hooniverse Takes Rugged Ridge’s Kilroy for a Spin

Who wants to ogle a gigantic, angry, modified Jeep? Rugged Ridge makes an incredible list of extra parts that can take any Jeep to the next level. Recently, The Hooniverse spent some time with one of the company’s show trucks, that basically demonstrates exactly what is possible if you open your wallet and buy out the whole catalog. And the results are expectedly kick-ass.

Jeff Glucker takes this former SEMA special (nicknamed Kilroy, no less) out into the wild to climb, crawl, and generally get dirty. Best of all, this isn’t just a normal review, but one that also talks about how good a modified JK can really be, and how easy Rugged Ridge makes it to get the exact Jeep you want, both in looks and performance.

In the end, it’s basically just seven minutes of visual off-road pornography coupled with a love letter to the incredible platform for customization that the JK really is.
