Father's Day weekend June 19th-21st:

Had my online registration completed and submitted at about 6:30 this morning. I've been watching the site almost daily just waiting for them to open it up. I can hardly wait!

For most trails yes but make sure you look at the trail requirements because some will require clearance, body protection and lockers.
