Default Jk's and Boats?

I didn't see a thread for this yet but if you tow a boat with your JK lets see the rigs together, hooked, and ready to go! I am working on a picture of my Sahara and my 18' Whaler...

Aren't we rated for only 2000lbs towing? I would think, in moderation and at slow speeds/short distances you could do quite a bit more with a serious off-road ride like ours... big thing is brakes.

I will post pics when I get some but I just boat a 17' 2004 Sea Ray 180 sport with 58 hrs on it. Have pulled it to the lake twice already with NO problems at all. Have also towed an 18' Tahoe ski boat with tower and was smooth as glass.

Why wouldn't you pull a boat or jet skis with ur JK?
