Same diameter as the stock bar but they are chromoly and have one ton ends. I know a couple people running them that do similar trails to what you and I do and havent heard any complaints. From what I understand you dont have to turn the rod to adjust the toe in and out which is a plus.

Hope you can figure it out. Tomorrow I'll be deep in changing out the oil, filter and removing the oil pan. Got a leak from when I put the EVO oil pan skid on...... Took the fast way which was not drain the oil... Well that was a bad idea. So I decided to drop the oil pan, buy a rubber/ steel gasket and replace the bolts with studs. I'll post up pictures what I'm talking about. Plan on doing the same setup with the trans pan.

That sucks. What's the advantage of using studs vs bolts?
Think I fixed the clunk. Loosened all the control arm bolts and track bars, shook the crap out of the Jeep and retorqued everything. No steering or reverse clunk. I forgot I bought a 9/16 bolt kit a while ago so I swapped those in. Axle side control arm bolts had a mm or two of play with stock bolts. Only clunk now is when I hold the drag link and have someone turn the steering wheel side to side, I can feel a clunk. Brand new Synergy drag link so I dunno. Maybe pitman arm?
