What is the law with flying flags off the back of your jeep? I had a friend pass away last year and one year anniversary is coming up and I want to fly the American flag as well as a custom flag we are getting made.

Legal? Illegal? If anything would fly them all the way down the AC expressway, but if I had to would wait til I got to the beach to put them on
