Default Accessing forum pictures

I'm logged in and looking at posts but the majority of posted pictures show a question mark and no access to any pictures. Why is that or am I doing something wrong?

There are so many. Right now on on the thread Expedition Modded Jeeps let's see them. On post # 4705 by Mark Doiron. He posts a picture and all I see is a blue question mark. Thread # 4909 as well.

I haven't seen any pictures or an option to post pictures
