Default Hope i didnt burn my clutch out😳

I drove my Jeep on the beach all week, did everything right, deflated my tires but had to put it into low a few times. I smelled the clutch at one point. How will I know if I burned it out?
Thanks in advance.

If the clutch is completely toast the Jeep will not move or the transmission will feel like it is slipping when you give it some throttle.
