Wrangler X , V6 , 2007
.these E3 plugs any better then the stock ? Worth putting in ? Plug wire brand ?

Stay with the stock Champions. A known brand plug good for 50-100k. There are MANY threads on people using other brands with so so results.

I have used those plugs on 3 different vehicles with no noticable results, except for the size of the hole they have taken out of my pocket.
