Love geocaching and have done it in many states east coast to deep south. Recently just got back into jeeps and offroading, now having bought another jeep. Would love to know if anyone on this thread is near to Raleigh, nc and would like to possibly try and plan a trip in the area? Name is "monster redbull" consumed a lot of both few years ago, throughout college. =)

Not really sure. Haven't done much in the triangle area, mostly near Wilmington in NC. I know there are a lot around here, everywhere, and thought it would be neat to possibly run around with some people grabbing them up. I just bought my jeep 2 weeks ago and just have an itch to ride, preferably trails, but none around here I know of.

I just now found this geocaching thread. Very cool. We are ECHOLSCACHE and have been premium members since 2006 even though we have only found about 125 and hidden 1. We are in Flagstaff AZ. I think the best thing to happen to us since we started, has been the iPhone. The geocaching.com app for 10 bucks has been well worth it. SL TL TFTC!

I'm in the Fayetteville, NC area. I've been Geocaching off and on since 2006. I've got a few hides in the Fayetteville area as well as a little further south in Scotland Co. I enjoy geocaching while I travel because most of the time I go into places I would have otherwise never found. I love going to events and meeting new people.
Thanks2012 and Bennett- for geocaches in the Raleigh area, check out North Carolina Geocachers Organization. Raleigh has a big geocaching community and that would be a good place to make connections.
My geocaching name is same as here: n8turgrl
