Yes, in PA it's called an LTCF (License To Carry Firearms). I also have a non-resident Utah CFP (Concealed Firearm Permit). Between the two I can carry in 36 states. I got Utah mainly to be able to carry in Delaware, it's about 30 minutes from me and doesn't honor PA.
I carry a little Kel Tec PF9 with a belt clip almost everyday.

In Oklahoma, it's no longer a Concealed Carry License, it's simply a Handgun License. It's good for concealment or open-carry. My wife and I are both licensed. We still choose to conceal for the element of surprise.

Gotta love being in an open carry state. Only need a CCW if you want to hide your weapon here, I have a 7" barrel Schofield .45, I aint about to hide it, its on a belt in a holster, 24 rounds on the belt, 6 on the holster, 6 in the schofield, a few hundred in my ammo bag. I also have my trench knife hanging on the gunbelt, 8 inch doubled sided razor sharp with a tip that will punch a hole in steel plate with a half inch thick hardened steel knuckle guard for breaking things like faces and a skull buster that will make short work of a helmet. No, I would not **** with me.
