Thanks - they received mine on September 11th, so I'm hoping to get it back soon. It's driving me crazy...

Shot mine yesterday functioned perfect and feels just as good as before. Definantly going back into the carry line up.

A laser is a cool addition to any handgun. But a high output light will serve more purpose. Lasers should be used in movies and at the range.
In the event that you would have to save your life by pulling your pistol, if you are looking for a little red beam to place your shot you're already dead. My 2 cents

My EDC is usually a Glock 21, depending on what I am wearing, I may also carry a CZP07 in .40.

i am a k9 handler and on duty i carry the ever trustworthy glock 22 and a glock 27 that is inside my tactical vest. most of my dept. carries the glocks. if you are looking for reliability when crap hits the fan, then nothing is better. ok, maybe not anything. i am not just a glock fan but you cannot deny their reliability. i want something that i know all i have to do is point and pull the trigger and the peace of mind that it will go bang and the bad guy with go thud. reliability is most important to me. sure they arent the sexiest but i think they are just fine.

i usually carry the 27 out and about but i am not a huge fan of the size. i prefer to carry my glock 23 anymore. its not as bulky and easier to handle

as far as lights and lasers, i have crimson trace on all of mine along with streamlight lights. light is key and while i maybe a pretty good shot standing at 15-20 yds shooting at a completely still target......when crap hits the fan and its for your life, i cant tell you how reassuring it is to see that little dot on someone and know that the bullet is going to hit close to that. i have also been told that by other officers after intense situations, how confidence inspiring seeing the dot on the "target" (aka turd bag). as pretty as the movies make it look, real life police/first responders or any type of situation where your fine motor skills are put to the test, its nice to have some help. ill take as much help as possible. most shootouts arent going to be from center shots from 60 yds. they are gonna be running and ducking and moving all around within just a few feet. not always gonna have the ability to bring those sights up, breath out and then barely squeeze that trigger. but dont get me wrong, i cant stress the need for basic shooting skills and consistent work on shooting. and no one should rely on lasers or lights, they just help sometimes.

just my .02......be safe and happy jeeping everyone! summer is almost here!
