99 4 liter wont start after oil pump change
I have a friend who can not get his engine to start after the oil pump was replaced. He pulled his distributor to prime the pump. Says everything is lined up exactly as when he took it off.
Has fuel, air and spark!
Any suggestions?

I had a 4L distributor out once, and swore up and down that I had it indexed correctly. It wouldn't start. Guess what...it wasn't indexed correctly.
Sometimes it just takes more than one try.
