I was wondering if its all in the air struts. And if coil suspension would handle any different.

Default Ok, now lets see which one does best when it HITs the moose!

I wonder if they tested a normal GC... as a % of vehicles built, not a lot of them have quadralift... also it seems this behavior would have shown up in Consumer Reports avoidance maneuver test that they do here in the states.

Default Consumer Reports Response to the Moose Test

Here is what consumer union says in direct response.

Jeep Grand Cherokee survives different European "moose test"

They went on to say that it is an SUV but with the past fixes they have felt like it behaved as expected.
