1: Not directly. I wired up a little fuse box inside of the car to hook accessories up to. It's powered by a fused wire that's directly connected to the battery. The only other thing running off this is my lightbar.

2: As I rotate the squelch higher it will eventually cancel out the excess noise before hitting the other stop. I've tried playing with it to try and hear anything even through toe static but to no avail.

3: When I was bench testing it the "ST" button made everything a little clearer and easier to hear people. When in the vehicle it doesn't do much. If anything, it just quiets down the static a little
