CB antenna mount
Ive been looking around for an antenna mount but they are all atleast $25! Ive seen many people make there own with just an "L" shaped piece of stainless steel. I was wondering where i could find one and also how big is the hole to drill in the steel?

From what I've read you should mount it above the body line so the steel body doesn't reflect all the energy back to the antenna. I mounted mine to the top of the 3rd brake light where the 2 screws are. Just use a piece of angle aluminum, but make sure you clean the paint off where it mounts.
