I am installing a body mounted tire carrier and CB together. I am routing the antenna coax along with the power/ground wires for a license plate light and 3rd brake light through the tubes of the tire carrier for a clean look. I was wondering if I could heat shrink the coax and lighting wires together, or would this cause interference with the CB?

How far are you running the coax with the power wire ?
It should be fine because the coax is shielded.
But I would test talking with my foot on the brake and see if you get any interference or high swr

Coax come in various qualities, I'd use the most dense coax.
I'd also wrap the coax and/or the power cable with some thick tape, to create some distance between them.

I had a friend who every time he keyed his CB radio his LED third brake light would dimly light. But, I agree this is a try it and if you get weird incidents (hearing your CB over your Jeep stereo, dash lights flashing when talking on CB, etc), try separating the wires to see if it continues. I also agree with another comment about being certain you get very high quality coax. I bought a pre-fabbed coax from one of the popular CB radio manufacturers a few years ago and it was only about 20% coverage. You want closer to 85-90% coverage.

you should be fine with the power line in terms of interference with the cb as your only going to really hear this like balest (for hid's and what not) now the other way around depending on the watts your cb is putting out you can light up lights with them
