I believe my sat/gps antenna has failed. I am receiving no birds on the nav side, no compass in the dash, no sirius. I am not in the mood to remove the hard top to gain access to the antenna so I am seeking feedback. My unit is a MyGig 730 RHR

I would like to know what type of FAKRA cable end is used for the sat/gps (type and "gender" LOL) antenna cable.

Is there a short cabled dual antenna I could use for dash placement.

Any other considerations or advice would be gereatly appreciated.

Your reason for believing the antenna is toast is alright yet I've not heard of an antenna failing. I purchased a curry fakra antenna from eBay for my 2015 sat radio and it works. That was $20 well spent.

The antenna is just that though, it would have to be cut or obstructed to get the issues you've got.

Did you ever resolve your problem. I can get nav on my rhr, but can not get sirius to acquire a signal. Also wandering if there is a duel antenna that is a magnet mount with a farka end on it.

I too would like to find a DUAL antenna that will mount in/on the dash.
